Use -네요 when you notice something right now — something you see, hear, taste or find out in the moment — and you want to share that little “oh!” feeling.
(밖을 보고) 와, 날씨가 좋네요! (looking outside) Wow, the weather’s nice!
이 김치 정말 맛있네요. This kimchi is really good! (just tasted it)
